Employee Spotlight: Christopher Crenshaw

Office Manager Chris Crenshaw has been a part of Animal Clinic of Woodruff for 16 years – in fact, he helped design and build the clinic!

A native of Savannah, Georgia, Chris’s family moved to Roebuck, S.C., in time for him to graduate from Dorman High School in 1994. He graduated Clemson University with honors in 1999. Chris worked for Square D in college, then started his career at Milliken as a process engineer. In 2001, he married Merri Walden. After several years with Milliken, Chris decided to leave his engineering career to help Dr. Merri start up and run the vet hospital. He designed the layout and helped with the initial construction of the Animal Clinic of Woodruff, which was completed in 2005.

Chris and Merri have a daughter, Finn, who is 5 years old. Chris and Finn enjoy fishing, playing games, going to the beach, camping and jet skiing. They also have a dog named Rivers, who is a part of the Clinic family.

Chris and Merri live on a farm in Spartanburg with their dogs, horses, cats and goats. When not caring for pets or working as the office manager at the Clinic, Chris enjoys off-shore fishing, fresh-water fishing, horseback riding and building projects.
